SSE-LA Presents "Meanwhile, Back At Cafe Du Monde..." the unique and festive event about the Universal Language - FOOD - and how our lives revolve around it was created by Peggy Sweeney-McDonald. The personal endearing and humorous stories performed by chefs, restaurant owners, actors, writers, politicians, musicans and foodies. The popular show has been produced from Louisiana to California. Pelican Publishing will produce the Coffee Table book of the stories with pictures and recipes to launch Fall of 2012. SSE-LA recently had the privilege to work with Bobby Ramirez ,creator of the fabulous Ritmopalooza show to produce "A Hot Havana Night" Award Gala for the Aquatech Institute Conference at the beautiful Fontainebleau - Miami Beach. Ritmopalooza provided the music entertainment, Havana girls, dancers and decor for an over the top amazing latin themed event. Attendees, young and old didn't hesitate to jump up dance and hit the conga drums! (
